At Volant3ranches Collection, we pay special attention to the quality of our products and the delivery experience. These terms are intended to provide clear and transparent information on the shipping, return, and refund procedures applicable to our premium polos, premium caps, and connected accessories.

1. Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to:

● Metropolitan France

● Corsica

● European Union countries (subject to availability)

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment validation. During peak periods (collection launches, holidays, sales events), this timeframe may be slightly extended. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping

● France: 2 to 5 business days

● Europe: 4 to 8 business days

Express Shipping

● Estimated delivery within 24 to 48 business hours depending on the destination.

Pick-up point

Available depending on the country and partner carriers. Delivery times are provided as an estimate and may vary due to factors beyond our control (carriers, weather conditions, exceptional periods, customs, etc.).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated before checkout.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free:

● on orders over €95 in Metropolitan France

● on orders over €150 in Europe. Volant3ranches Collection reserves the right to modify these thresholds at any time as part of promotional offers.

5. Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number sent by email upon shipment. It may take several hours for the tracking to become active on the carrier’s website.

6. Unclaimed Packages or Incorrect Address

In the event of:

● an incorrect or incomplete address,

● repeated absence during delivery,

● failure to collect a package from a pick-up point within the specified timeframe,

The package may be returned to our warehouse.

In this case:

● return shipping fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund,

● redelivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

8. Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

● new,

● unworn,

● unwashed,

● undamaged,

● returned in their original packaging,

● accompanied by their labels and accessories.

Any return that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

For hygiene or security reasons, certain connected products that have been opened, configured, or used may not be eligible for return if their condition no longer allows for proper resale.

9. Return Procedure

To make a return:

1. Contact our customer service at: contact@volant3ranches.com 2. Provide:

○ your order number,

○ the products involved,

○ the reason for the return.

3. Once validated, return instructions will be provided to you.

The customer then has 14 days to ship the return package.

10. Return Shipping Costs

Metropolitan France

● Free returns in the event of an error on our part or a defective product. ● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for personal convenience (size, change of mind, etc.).

Europe

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer except in the case of an error or product defect.

11. Refunds

Once the return is received and validated:

● the refund will be issued via the original payment method,

● within an average of 5 to 14 business days, depending on the banking institution.

Volant3ranches Collection reserves the right to defer the refund until the returned product has been effectively received.

12. Defective Products or Incorrect Order

If you receive:

● a damaged item, ● the wrong product,

● a product with a defect, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos.

Once validated, we will cover:

● the return,

● the exchange,

● or the full refund of the product in question.

13. Personalized Products

Personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. This exception is provided for by the Consumer Code and applied by major premium e-commerce brands.
